How safe is it to order online?

We use the Shopify payment system which is completely secure.

Websites that take payments are guided by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and our system meets all six categories, including protecting cardholder data.

Shopify's payent system is is verified on both the Visa and MasterCard websites.

How long does it take for an item to reach me?

All our products are sent same or next business day through Australia Post, and tracking numbers are provided for all parcels. Where possible, we combined items to reduce postage costs.

If you prefer to pick up items from our store, you can order online and request a local pickup.

 

My product didn't arrive/wasn't what I ordered/arrived broken. Can I get a refund?

We want you be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you find your product faulty, please contact us via e-mail or phone. We can offer a full refund of your purchase or send a replacement once product is returned.

Postage is at buyer's expense or you can drop off your item at our shop in Wallsend.

 

I'm looking for a specific product but can't find it in your store. Can you order it in for me?

Yes! E-mail us the details (or give us a call or speak to us in store) and we'll do our best to get that item in stock for you.
